Alright, I’ll try my best.

I thought instead of giving it a hat it would have a wooden crown with leaves sprouting out of it on its head, since Pippet is made of wood. The same goes for its fork legs. It has a cape tassel made of leaves that connects all the way to its neck, which hangs down. And yes the tentacle arms were a pain to color. On the flip side of things we also have…

What do you think of this theory of mine?

So remember how in Harmony Island Origins we were told that a group of dark wizards started The Order of Influence? Well, I think the wizards who started it were The Puppet Master, Winston Von Loot, and Mira Shade.

1. They all know shadow magic

2. They are anti-academy

3. They all have mysterious backstories

So, how did they end up leaving? Well, the Puppet Master gained more power than the other two, and ended up becoming too power-hungry. He knocked Winston and Mira out of power so he could have all the power to himself. They all went separate ways. The Puppet Master had his mind set on (and still does) conquering Prodigy Island and putting an end to The Ancient once and for all. Mira fled to an abandoned tower (currently The Dark Tower) and became neutral. She was against both Astral and Shadow magic. Winston ran away to the Crystal Caverns, where he began to collect ice crystals (and still is) to get epic revenge on The Puppet Master.

Hmm its an interesting idea!

Personally I think mira was unlikely to have been a founder, from her own mouth her story really does seem to go straight from the academy to the dark tower, although I can see her attempting to defect to the order of the influence and realizing that they also arent what she wants, and she can easily learn shadow magic on their own. There's not any proof for this, it's just a possibility for one way she could be related to the influence if she was, although I'll probably presume she's not until proven otherwise.

Winston Von Loot seems to be a general vagrant and theif, some kind of criminal ring type guy, and I could totally see him working as both a rogue who defected from the order after learning shadow magic from them like you proposed, or someone even still working for it (although he does seem like a bit of a loner.)

Personally I can not see either of them being the wizards who created the order. According to pippet dialogue when you fight him in shiverchill mountains or shipwreck shore, "The Order of Influence was defeated here long ago! We won't lose again!", which implies that it's a fairly old organization. Someone who created something made "long ago" would likely be either dead or old and powerful by now thanks to all the time to hone shadow magic, which is why I think the Puppet Master is definitely the #1 of the three you suggested who could have been a creator! Mira was a student recently enough for it to still be something that to her seems majorly important, and both Winston and Mira generally have the voice/appearance of being somewhat young (this is going off of the sprite we see behind Winston's clothing as he dissappear, with the purple Mohawk and stuff.)

I think you could potentially make a theory off of how the puppet master is still here messing around when any other of the apparent multiple founders aren't present- perhaps he betrayed them to gain their power and live longer, perhaps they are hiding in the shadows as regular npcs, perhaps they have a base somewhere where the rest are, perhaps everyone has retired but the stubborn Puppet master, maybe they've even been turned into the monstrous titans through the horrible affects shadow magic has on a person, who knows!

Gale is swapped with PM, but keeps his original name in this AU

After getting wrongfully banned from the Academy ~100 something years ago, he began to practice shadow magic and was able to become a pretty big deal.

But the shadow magic had taken it's toll on his appearance, and now he's just kinda a full shadow creature.

Had instant beef when he first met the MC- reminded him way too much of someone he used to know. He also dislikes kids soooo

Recruited some other ppl he had connections with while studying shadow magic and built up the Order from scratch.

Has a very negative attitude to the Academy and believes that only naturally gifted "prodigies" should be able to handle magic. He'd prefer it if only he and a select few others were able to learn powerful magic.

He has respect for Ada (drawin her soon) and Mira (also coming up w/ her swap design), but loathes Pippet and Robin (Swap PM), along with every single Warden.

Overall just very vengeance oriented guy with biases towards teaching- only the gifted survive, teaching people who won't understand is pointless, etc. I do plan on doing something for a fic involving this au, and (once again) there might be a small arc with character change.

Also Noot is like an old friend who opted into being expelled along with him & now their partners in crime.
